Production Assistant | Batch Mixer | LF Forklift Driver

St Marys | Day Shift | Monday to Friday | $35 per hour | Ongoing Casual Opportunity

Complete Staff Solutions is currently recruiting experienced Production Assistants / Chemical Batch Mixers with an LF Forklift Licence to join a leading chemical manufacturing company based in St Marys.

What's on offer?

- $35 per hour

- Monday to Friday roster

- Day Shift: 5:00am - 1:30pm

- Ongoing casual role with potential for long-term opportunities

- Supportive team environment

- Immediate start available for the right candidates

Your day will include:

- Batch mixing and blending chemical products to specifications

- Operating production machinery and equipment

- Filling and packaging finished products into drums, buckets and containers

- Operating an LF forklift to move raw materials and finished goods

- General production and warehouse duties





- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work area

- Following workplace health and safety procedures

We're looking for people who have:

- A current LF Forklift Licence (essential)

- Previous experience in batch mixing, blending or manufacturing

- Experience within a chemical or industrial manufacturing environment (highly regarded)

- Confidence operating production machinery

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

- A reliable work ethic and positive attitude

- The ability to perform manual handling tasks safely

- A driver's licence and reliable transport (preferred)
