About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and dedicated English Teacher (Stage 6) to join our Senior School on a permanent full-time basis.

This role offers the opportunity to inspire a love of literature, language and critical thinking while supporting students to achieve excellence in their senior secondary studies. Joining a collaborative and high-performing English faculty, you will contribute to a culture of academic excellence and help students develop confidence, creativity and a lifelong appreciation of learning.

What You'll Bring

- Relevant teaching qualifications and current NESA accreditation.
- Demonstrated experience teaching Stage 6 English, with a strong understanding of the NSW curriculum.
- The ability to create engaging and challenging learning experiences that support students of varying abilities.
- Experience designing, implementing and evaluating formative and summative assessment tasks.
- Strong classroom management skills that foster a positive, inclusive and productive learning environment.
- Confidence integrating technology to enhance teaching and learning outcomes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A collaborative approach and commitment to contributing positively to faculty initiatives and the broader life of the School.
