We are currently seeking an experienced Pricing and Tender Specialist ANZ to join our Procurement team at our Sydney Head Office in Moorebank. This is an exciting chance to play a key role in developing competitive pricing strategies and delivering high-quality tender submissions that support business growth across Australia and New Zealand.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end preparation of customer tender submissions across air, sea, and road freight services

Manage multi-country and global tender requests in collaboration with regional and global bid teams

Coordinate closely with overseas offices and regional tender hubs (e.g. APAC, EMEA, Americas) to consolidate global pricing and service inputs

Engage with global product teams (Air/Ocean/Logistics) to align service offerings and operational capability

Analyse tender documents, customer requirements, and scope of work to develop compliant and competitive proposals

Coordinate and compile all commercial, operational, and technical inputs into structured tender responses

Ensure all submissions are delivered accurately and within required deadlines

Develop competitive pricing models in collaboration with internal stakeholders,



operations teams, and carrier partners

Evaluate cost structures, margins, and trade lane profitability to ensure sustainable commercial outcomes

Recommend pricing strategies aligned with market conditions and company targets

Liaise with internal departments including Sales, Operations, Procurement, Finance, and Customer Service to gather inputs for tenders

Act as the central coordination point for all tender-related communications

Participate in clarifications, negotiations, and revisions during tender evaluation stages

Assist in transitioning awarded tenders into operational execution with relevant internal teams

Review tender outcomes to assess win/loss performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Maintain accurate records of tender submissions, pricing structures, and customer requirements

Contribute to the development of standardised templates, tools, and pricing frameworks

Ensure all tender submissions comply with internal governance, risk, and pricing approval processes

Review and maintain Australian/NZ Röhlig local tariffs

Support and cross-train with the Procurement team where required





Provide daily and weekly reporting on tender activity to management

Requirements

3–7+ years’ experience in freight forwarding, logistics, supply chain, or international transport within a commercial, pricing, or tender-focused role

Experience using tender management systems, CRM platforms or pricing tools (e.g. CargoWise or similar systems is highly regarded)

Understanding of pricing structures in logistics, including rate cards, surcharges, carrier tariffs, and margin modelling

Experience with global tender processes, including structured RFP responses, compliance requirements, and evaluation criteria

Strong analytical capability to assess costing, margin, and commercial risk

High attention to detail in handling large, complex datasets and tender documentation

Ability to work both collaboratively and independently, with flexibility to meet business requirements during peak tender periods
