- Resources and Infrastructure Industry

The Role

Reporting to the Director you will be responsible for creating effective working relationships with students to deliver these programs. Delivery may include in the Zoom, classroom and workplace depending on course program.

Additionally, you will develop a stimulating learning environment by using a variety of styles and techniques.

Maintaining relationships and engagement is a key factor to the success of these roles.

Hours, wages and conditions will be discussed at interview.

To be successful in this role you MUST have the following essential criteria:

- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment TAE40122 or higher, TAE40116 or TAE40110 including TAELLN411 and TAEASS502.




- For the Training and Assessment position a Diploma of Training and Assessment or higher is required.
- Certificate III or Higher in the Qualification (delivering)
- Minimum 2 years of training and assessment in the Vocational and education training sector
- Extensive (3 years or more) recent industry experience and relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a friendly disposition
- A strong work ethic
- Current driver's licence
- Willingness to travel.
