With an incredible track-record across NSW, our client is an Australian founded and operated project marketing firm with robust expertise in large estates & communities development. They support developers with everything from site and lot configuration to meet market demands, through to marketing strategy, database management and off-the-plan selling.

The Role:

This is a new role that has been created to support this incredibly busy Director. Based onsite near Lake Macquarie, you will take over as much of the ‘non-dollar-productive’ work as possible to free them up to run the various businesses.

- Diary and email management
- Attend meetings, keeping minutes and following up key personnel on deliverables
- Being the liaison point of contact, interfacing between staff and the Director




- General administration to keep daily operations smooth and efficient
- Special projects and personal errands as they arise

About You:

- You will be an experienced EA / PA or Administrator
- Possess maturity and ability to act with diplomacy
- You will be proactive, a strong communicator and love organising
- Strong skills in MS Office, and experience with databases
- Best suited to someone with a car and drivers license
