We have a brokerage in Penrith looking to expand the team. Lending across residential, commercial and asset finance.

The Role

You’ll be joining a busy, high-performing office where the leads keep coming, no cold calling, no chasing your own pipeline from scratch. You’ll spend your time doing what you do best: talking to clients, understanding their goals, and finding them the right loan.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide Mortgage Broking services for home buyers, homeowners, investors, and other relevant clients.
- Conduct comprehensive research on various loan products and lenders in the market.
- Analyse clients’ financial situations, objectives, and requirements to identify lending solutions.
- Prepare and present loan comparisons and recommendations to clients.
- Liaise with clients, lenders, solicitors, and other stakeholders throughout the loan process.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards,



including Best Interest Duty obligations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the mortgage industry, products, and legislative requirements.
- Collaborate with other brokers and support staff within the MQG network.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of business processes and client service within the broker network.

About You

- Certificate IV or Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking.
- Experience in mortgage broking, loan writing, or banking with lending experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of lending processes and credit best practices.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical ability.
- Self-motivated and driven to grow your broking career.
- Ability to work both independently and within a collaborative team environment.
