About the role
We currently have a new opening in our Toowoomba (QLD) store for a full-time warehouse storeperson / trade counter sales assistant. You will be part of a dedicated service team responsible for the daily operation of our branch.
In this role your duties will include (but are not limited to)
- Picking, packing orders
- Stock control
- Receipting / invoicing
- Counter sales & collection
- Some inbound phone sales
- Entering orders
- Providing customers with quotations
- Offering technical product support and advice
- Following up on our in-house marketing initiatives
- Exceptional customer service skills are a must,
but no industry experience is required. Full training on our extensive range of products will be provided.
