As Clinical Facilitator Midwifery, you'll play a key role in strengthening clinical capability across maternity services. By supporting learning, building confidence and promoting best-practice care, you'll help create positive experiences for women, babies and families while contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.
Every day, you'll contribute by:
- Coaching, mentoring and assessing midwives and students to build skills, confidence and clinical excellence.
- Partnering with leaders and multidisciplinary teams to support safe, evidence-informed and woman-centred care.
- Identifying learning opportunities and delivering practical education that improves capability and patient outcomes.
- Driving quality and safety initiatives that strengthen practice standards and foster continuous improvement.

You're a midwifery professional who combines clinical expertise with a genuine passion for helping others grow. Here's what will help you thrive in this role:
- Current registration as a Registered Midwife with relevant professional accreditation.
- Strong contemporary midwifery knowledge and the ability to support evidence-based practice.
- Experience coaching, mentoring and assessing clinical capability in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication, leadership and relationship-building skills.
You'll stand out from the crowd if you have postgraduate study in clinical education or a related field and/or experience supporting workforce development within maternity services.
