About the client:

Our client is a well-established Gold Coast law firm with a strong reputation across commercial, property and estate work, servicing clients throughout Queensland and interstate. The firm is known for a collaborative, supportive team culture and a genuine focus on staff development.

The Position!

Our client is seeking an intermediate to senior litigation solicitor to join their team, working across a broad range of litigation matters including pre-litigation negotiations and dispute resolution, alongside commercial and estate litigation. You will manage your own file load with autonomy, from initial instruction through to resolution.

Requirements:

- At least 5 years' PAE in commercial and/or estate litigation
- Strong file and client management skills
- Ability to work autonomously and run matters to completion
- Up to date knowledge of relevant legislation and practice directions




- Willingness to mentor junior staff while continuing your own development
- A collaborative team player

Our client is open to being flexible on experience for the right candidate.
