Senior Project Manager | Digital Transformation

- Sydney CBD | Hybrid (NSW Based)
- $1,200 - $1,400 + Super per Day
- Contract until 21 December 2026

We’re recruiting a highly experienced Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of two major transformation projects, including a Digital & Data Strategy (Systems Roadmap) and the implementation of a Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) platform, this role will be serving NSW State Government.

To Be Considered, You MUST Have:

- 5+ years' experience delivering complex projects from initiation through to implementation.
- Demonstrated experience delivering digital transformation, systems implementation or technology projects.
- Proven experience developing project plans, project schedules, implementation plans, Gantt charts and governance documentation.
- Robust experience managing project risks, issues, dependencies, budgets and project reporting.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills,



with experience engaging senior executives and cross-functional teams.
- Experience managing multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.

Highly Regarded

- Previous NSW Government or large enterprise project delivery experience.
- Experience implementing Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) platforms or similar enterprise systems.
- PRINCE2, Agile, PMP or equivalent Project Management certification.
- Tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Business, IT or a related discipline.
