Mars is seeking an experienced Continuous Improvement Lead to drive loss elimination and operational excellence across the NSW site. You will coach teams, lead advanced problem-solving initiatives, and manage critical site improvement budgets.

Responsibilities include prioritising CI investments, leading FI projects, analysing performance data, stabilising processes, and ensuring consistent SOP implementation across the site.
