About The Role
In this dynamic leadership position, you will oversee the successful delivery of our Asset Management Framework and Strategic Asset outcomes.
You'll work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure that our projects align with the needs of the community and the council's strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
Leading the implementation of strategic asset management systems and frameworks.




Driving change management initiatives to realise significant benefits for our community.
Collaborating across departments to ensure optimal service levels and asset resilience.
Engaging with stakeholders to facilitate positive outcomes and enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Degree qualifications in project management, engineering, construction, or a related discipline.
Proven experience in managing strategic operations within a technical environment.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
Strong background in infrastructure asset management across various asset classes such as buildings, open space, stormwater and transport.
Experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
Robust understanding of local government infrastructure management.
