About the Role
As a Property Care Specialist, you'll work across a range of commercial premises and high-quality Airbnb properties, ensuring every space is professionally presented and guest ready.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Commercial cleaning
- Airbnb changeover cleaning
- Bed making and linen changes
- Restocking guest consumables
- Following detailed cleaning checklists
- Completing quality assurance photos
- Reporting maintenance issues when identified
- Working independently and within a team
What We're Looking For
We are seeking applicants who have:
- Previous professional cleaning experience (essential)
- Exceptional attention to detail
- High personal standards and pride in their work
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong communication skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- The ability to work independently without supervision
Essential Requirements
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- Reliable vehicle
- Smartphone with internet access
- National Police Check (or willingness to obtain one)
- Australian working rights
- Flexibility to work weekdays and occasional weekends
