Contracts Administrator | Commercial Fit-Out and Refurbishment A Tier 1 fit-out and refurbishment contractor is seeking a Contracts Administrator to join their Sydney team.
The business delivers a strong, consistent pipeline of commercial projects across multiple sectors, typically valued up to $50M in Sydney.
This is a hands-on CA role working closely with Project Managers across multiple projects in rapid-paced, live environments.
Key Responsibilities Manage subcontract procurement, tendering and contract administration across multiple commercial projects Assess progress claims, manage variations and administer subcontract payments Prepare trade packages, scopes of work and negotiate subcontract agreements Build strong relationships with subcontractors, consultants and suppliers Ensure contractual compliance while identifying commercial risks and prospects throughout the project lifecycle Assist Project Managers with commercial programming and project delivery Monitor project budgets, forecasting and monthly cost reporting About You Demonstrated experience delivering commercial fit out,



refurbishment and/or Design Construct projects Minimum 3 years' Contracts Administration experience within the Australian commercial construction industry.
Strong understanding of procurement, cost control, subcontract management and contract administration Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously Experience with Procore, Buildsoft, Cheops, Jobpac or similar Experience delivering live setting projects Relevant tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or a related discipline (desired) What's On Offer Immediate start available Salary up to $170k + super + advantages Strong pipeline of Sydney commercial fit-out projects Work with an experienced and established delivery team Robust company culture focused on recognition, development, and retention Ready to take the next step in your contracts administration career?
