TIRO Industries is expanding its in-house Asphalt Division in Western Australia and seeks an experienced Asphalter/Asphalt Supervisor to build it from the ground up.
This is not a labourer role; we require someone who can run jobs end-to-end, lead a small crew and own quality and output.
You will manage end-to-end asphalt works, coordinating plant, materials and daily workflow across Bayswater and Naval Base depots while ensuring safety and high standards.
