Job Summary
As a Retail Consultant, you will provide frontline support by assisting customers with product selection, service activation, and troubleshooting basic issues. You will create positive experiences through effective communication and adherence to retail standards. This role demonstrates foundational autonomy and contributes to customer satisfaction and store performance.
What You'll Be Doing
Deliver exceptional customer experiences by helping customers find the right products and services to suit their needs.
Be the go‐to tech expert, staying up to date with the latest gadgets and services to offer informed guidance.
Use consultative selling skills to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Collaborate with the team to create a welcoming setting and support store goals.
Salary and Perks
Hourly rate: $* per hour (junior rates apply for those under 20 years of age).
Penalty rates: 25% for weekday hours after 6PM, 25% for Saturday hours, 100% for Sunday hours, 150% for public holidays.
12% Superannuation.
Variable remuneration eligibility, calculation and payment determined by the variable remuneration plan's rules.
