Our client, a leading national provider of lighting, rigging, and staging equipment for major Australian events, needs a Senior Warehouse Technician / Team Leader to run day-to-day prep and returns from the warehouse, leading a small team of full-time and casual staff.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Leading the prep/return process for hire and production gear, the right kit out, every time

Recruiting, supervising, and training junior and casual staff, keeping the floor safe, clean, and on schedule

Working with contemporary stock control software, full training provided if you haven't used it before

Genuinely flexible hours a 9–5 window that offers real structure, but overtime is also an option if you are keen to get on site occasionally.





WHAT YOU BRING

A background in entertainment or warehousing, you know this industry, or you know logistics inside out

Experience leading or mentoring a team

HR licence and forklift ticket a bonus, not a dealbreaker

An eye for detail, a genuine calm-under-pressure approach, and comfort working autonomously
