Day Shift Chiller / Warehouse Operator at Meat Wholesale Company

Farmers Choice Meats is a wholesale meat distribution and processing company, specialising in pork and beef. Our company is currently seeking a chiller/warehouse operator at our production facility at Carole Park.

The role is available for an immediate start with full training provided. Applicants must be willing to work in a cold environment and be flexible with hours. Hours are generally 6am to 3pm Monday to Friday, with overtime frequent.

Day shift chiller/warehouse operator duties include, but are not limited to:

Picking and Packing of meat and food product

Chiller and Freezer work

Packing meat

Entering product and weight into the system

Loading and Unloading of trucks

What we're looking for:





Must show up to work consistently otherwise will be stood down

Must be able to work in the cold storage facility

Must be reliable with a strong work ethic and a positive 'can-do' attitude

Able to work in a team environment and autonomously when needed

Self-starter who enjoys achieving set goals and creating current ones

Ability to adapt and reposition within a dynamic work environment

Strong attention to detail is a must

Forklift/Highreach experience preferred but not essential

Successful candidates will be hired as casual employees with reliable daily work expected Monday to Friday.
