Are you an experienced RV or Caravan Repair Technician looking for flexible casual work?

We are seeking a hands‑on, experienced technician to join our team on a casual, as‑needed basis. This role is ideal for someone looking to pick up additional work, assist during busy periods, and provide holiday cover throughout the year.

Location: Tweed Heads South

Pay rate: $360 per day | 8-hour shifts

Start Date: ASAP

The work is expected to be approximately 6–8 weeks across the year, depending on operational requirements.

About the Role

You will be responsible for a variety of caravan and RV repairs and servicing, including:

- Carrying out repairs to caravans and RVs.
- Replacing awnings, air conditioners and other caravan components.
- Pre-delivery inspections and quality checks.
- Customer handovers and demonstrating vehicle features.
- Diagnosing and rectifying general caravan and RV faults.




- Assisting the workshop team to manage workload during peak periods.

About You

To be successful, you must have:

- Demonstrated hands‑on experience repairing caravans and/or recreational vehicles.
- Previous employment with a caravan dealership, RV repair centre or motorhome service centre.
- Solid troubleshooting and practical repair skills specific to caravans and RVs.
- The ability to work independently and maintain high-quality workmanship.
- A current driver's licence.
- Flexibility to work when required, including providing holiday relief.
