Labourforce is currently seeking experienced Forklift Operators to join a busy manufacturing and distribution facility based in Coopers Plains, QLD.

PM Shift – High Reach Forklift Operator

Shift Details
Monday – Friday
1:30pm – 9:30pm

Pay Rate

$46.27 per hour

Key Responsibilities
Operating High Reach forklifts
Stock put-away into warehouse racking
Picking and staging customer orders
Moving stock throughout the warehouse
Maintaining a clean and protected work environment
Following all workplace health and safety procedures

Night Shift – Forklift Operator

Training Period

Week 1 – Day Shift
Monday – Thursday: 7:00am – 3:30pm
Friday: 7:00am – 3:00pm
$40.24 per hour

Ongoing Shift
Monday – Friday: 7:30pm – 3:30am

Pay Rate

$52.31 per hour

Key Responsibilities
Operating forklifts throughout the warehouse and yard
Loading and unloading trucks
Moving and staging stock for production and dispatch




General warehouse and yard duties
Working safely within a fast-paced distribution environment
Following all workplace health and safety procedures

What We're Looking For
Current LF Forklift Licence
Previous forklift operating experience
High Reach experience highly regarded
Experience within warehouse, manufacturing or distribution environments
Ability to work in both warehouse and outdoor yard environments
Strong commitment to workplace safety
Reliable, punctual and motivated attitude
Own reliable transport to Coopers Plains
Ability to commit to the required shift roster
