About the Role
We are excited to offer an enthusiastic and motivated individual the chance to begin their career through a Certificate III traineeship or continue their career in early childhood education as a Certificate III educator on a full time or part time position.
Successful applicants will work collaboratively with our team to provide high-quality education and care in accordance with:

- National Quality Framework (NQF)
- NSW Child Safe Standards

About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a positive and professional attitude
- Demonstrates reliability and flexibility with shifts
- Is motivated to learn and complete daily tasks

- Has a genuine interest in working with children
- Demonstrates a commitment to child safety and inclusion
Applicants must have:
- Willingness to enrol in and study towards successful progression to complete a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or have an ACECQA-approved qualification (Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care) or currently working towards
- A current and valid NSW Working With Children Check (WWCC) or willingness to obtain prior to commencement
- Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma Management certification or willingness to obtain
- Current Child Protection training and Child Safety training or willingness to obtain
- Current Basic Food Handlers training or willingness to obtain prior to commencement
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a professional team environment
Child Safety & Pre-employment Checks
Caring 4 Kids Kindergarten is committed to rigorous recruitment, screening, and selection practices to ensure the safety and wellbeing of children.
The successful applicant will be required to participate in comprehensive pre-employment screening, including:
- Verification of Working With Children Check status
- Reference checks that specifically address suitability to work with children
- Relevant child protection and employment history checks
- Additional background screening where required under legislation or organisational policy
All employees are expected to actively contribute to a culture of child safety and participate in ongoing child protection and child-safe practice training.
Any offer of employment is conditional upon satisfactory child-safe screening and compliance documentation.
