What You'll Be Doing

- Drive import compliance activities to ensure merchandise meets Australian Customs and Biosecurity requirements.

- Partner with Buying, Logistics, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to support productive import processes.





- Review import documentation and validate data to maintain compliance and accuracy.

- Identify risks, support audits, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

- Provide guidance to internal teams on import compliance requirements and best practices.

What We're Looking For

- Experience in import/export, customs, trade compliance, or a related field.

- Strong knowledge of Australian Customs requirements, import documentation, COO, and FTA frameworks.

- Exposure to Biosecurity and quarantine requirements, with BICON experience highly regarded.

- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and confidence working with data.

- A collaborative and proactive approach with strong stakeholder management skills.
