Role Summary

You will be part of a team dedicated to residents, contributing to a model of care that goes above and beyond each day. You will support residents and their families and ensure the facility is clean and maintained at a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

- Vacuum, mop and polish floors.
- Dust, polish and generally tidy rooms.
- Clean bathroom facilities.
- Attend to residents’ personal requirements by ensuring the cleanliness of bedside cupboards, tables and other furniture in the residents’ rooms.
- Assist in providing a safe, efficient and hygienic care service through maintaining a clean setting and adhering to infection control practices.
- Replenish and restock cleaning trolleys as required.

What It Takes

- Previous aged care or hotel services experience is desirable.
- Willingness to take direction from others.
- Reliability and shift flexibility.
- Valuable time‑management skills and the ability to work well under pressure.




- Valid working rights in Australia (passport, birth certificate, etc.).
- Pre‑employment checks – completion of a National Police Check.
