Chris O’Brien Lifehouse in Sydney is seeking a Switchboard Operator to be the first point of contact for patients, families and staff. You will answer, screen, and direct calls with courtesy, maintain confidentiality, and ensure callers are connected to the right department in a quick paced healthcare setting.

Hours are Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 6:00pm, with a focus on accurate data entry, record keeping and supporting quality improvement.
