We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Diploma qualified Childcare Educator to join our team and help us continue delivering the warm, high-quality care our families know us for.
The Opportunity
This is a excellent opportunity to join a respected, independent centre in one of Sydney's most sought-after family communities. As a Childcare Educator, you will build genuine relationships with children and families, deliver engaging play-based learning experiences, and be a valued member of a close-knit team.
You will be supported by an engaged and hands-on ownership team who are genuinely invested in your growth and success. Experience as a Room Leader will be highly regarded, though we welcome applications from confident, capable educators across all age groups.
What You'll Be Doing
- Planning and implementing engaging, play-based learning experiences aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
- Building and maintaining genuine, trusting relationships with children, families and colleagues.
- Supporting the day-to-day running of your room,
maintaining a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment.
- Observing, documenting and supporting each child's individual development journey.
- Working collaboratively with your team and centre leadership to maintain high-quality care.
- Contributing to a culture of reflective practice and continuous improvement.
- Upholding all obligations under the National Quality Framework and Education and Care Services National Law.
About You
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent ACECQA-approved qualification).
- Current Working with Children Check (NSW).
- Toddler Room/ Leader experience highly regarded, but not essential.
- Sound knowledge of the National Quality Standards and EYLF.
- A genuine, warm and caring approach to early childhood education.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-first attitude.
- Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain).
