At A to Z Allied Health, we're a mobile paediatric team supporting children and families where it matters most — at home, at school, and in the community. We're clinician-led, and our team still sees clients ourselves, so we understand what makes this work sustainable (and what doesn't).

About the Role

Contractor position, 1–4 days per week, with flexibility, autonomy, and strong support built in.

You'll

- Provide assessment and therapy for paediatric clients (language delay, AAC, autism spectrum — mixed caseload)
- Deliver sessions across homes,



schools, and community settings
- Work collaboratively with families, educators, and other therapists
- Develop functional, individualised therapy plans
- Manage your own schedule, with caseload built around your availability

About You

- SPA registered
- Enjoys working with children and families
- Comfortable working independently in community settings, with supervision support available if you're newer to paediatrics
- Builds rapport easily and communicates well
- Strong organisation and time management
- Driver's licence and reliable vehicle
