About the Role

Due to ongoing growth and innovation, we’re on the lookout for an experienced and passionate Corporate Travel Consultantto join our national team.

This is more than just a booking role, you’ll be a true partner to your clients, offering strategic travel support, anticipating their needs, and delivering consistently outstanding service.

What You’ll Do

Manage a portfolio of corporate clients and deliver seamless domestic and/or international travel services.

Tailor travel solutions aligned with each client’s travel policy and service level agreements.

Arrange flights, accommodation, car hire, visas, insurance and more, with precision and care.

Build strong,



lasting relationships with clients, showing them they matter at every interaction.

Identify booking trends and proactively provide solutions to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Stay current with training on products, systems and tools.

Represent CT Connections at client and industry events.

What You Bring

3+ years of multi-skilled corporate travel consulting experience.

Expertise in domestic and/or international fares, ticketing, reissues, and itinerary planning.

Robust written and verbal communication skills, with a genuine love of service.

Meticulous attention to detail and a high level of accountability.

A team player mindset with a bias for action and a deep respect for relationships.

Experience using Sabre GDS and Tramada (preferred).

A drive to work in an environment where people feel safe, secure, empowered and not judged.
