Spanline / Hayes Home Additions Queensland is seeking experienced Carpenters/Builders to join our team in our Brisbane South and Gold Coast areas for our valued customers.

Key responsibilities

Interpret building plans and blueprints to construct patios, glass rooms, and decks to the highest standards

Use carpentry tools and equipment safely and efficiently to build structures

Collaborate with the team to ensure projects are completed on time and to the customer's satisfaction

Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the construction process

Identify and address any issues or challenges that arise during the construction phase





Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with client

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a Carpenter or Builder, preferably in the construction of patios, carports, glass rooms, and decks

Strong knowledge of building materials, construction techniques, and safety protocols

Ability to read and interpret building plans

Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Robust attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with the team and clients

Must Have reliable work Vehicle with Rakes to be able to pick up and carry Material
