The Onset is seeking an experienced End User Support Technician to join the Sydney team on a 12+ month contract. You’ll provide Level 1/2 desktop and end‑user support across enterprise IT environments, triaging incidents and delivering solutions with a robust customer focus.
Ideal candidates have 3–4+ years in desktop support, Windows 11 expertise, ITSM tools familiarity (ServiceNow preferred), and a security‑minded approach. Onsite Sydney CBD, Australian citizenship with NV1 clearance preferred.
