The Role

We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Embroidery & Print Production Assistant to join our team on a part-time or casual basis. This role is based primarily at our Yennora warehouse, with opportunities to support front-of-house operations when required.

You'll be working across customer service, order coordination, and production support - perfect for someone keen to gain hands-on experience in the custom apparel industry.

- Primary: Yennora (Warehouse)

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Front of House Support

- Greet and assist walk-in customers in a friendly, professional manner

- Respond to customer enquiries (in-store, phone, email, and social media)

- Assist with product selection, garment options, and basic embroidery guidance

- Process orders, payments, and job dockets accurately

- Maintain a clean, organised,



and welcoming workspace

Order Coordination & Production Support

- Receive, check, and log customer orders accurately

- Liaise with the production team to ensure job details are clear

- Update customers on order progress, timelines, and pickups

- Prepare completed orders for collection or dispatch

What We're Looking For

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently

- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems

- Friendly, professional attitude with strong customer service skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Australian citizen or permanent resident

Operating Hours

- Stanmore Retail Store: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
