Sunnyfield, based in Dulwich Hill, is seeking a Team Leader to support day-to-day operations and service delivery within our Community Hub. You will lead a team of support workers to provide high-quality, person-centred supports while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
You will work closely with the Service Manager, coordinate client‑led programs, and engage clients in meaningful daily activities, ensuring compliant intake, onboarding, billing and reporting.
