ATC has an opportunity for a 3rd/4th year automotive apprentice to assist in the repair and maintenance of forklifts based in Gregory Hills. The successful applicant will join a fast paced team whilst completing their apprenticeship under the supervision of a senior technician. This position is an opportunity to specialise in a growing market and diversify their skillset.

Duties Will Include

- Servicing gas, diesel and electric forklifts.
- Assisting in the repair of hydraulic systems.
- Assisting in the repair of DC electrical systems.
- Keeping records on repairs and communicating these to both the client and head office.
- Adhering to all safety requirements.

Ideal Applicant Will Have The Following Qualities

- Ability to work both in a team and independently.
- Positive time management skills.
- Good record keeping skills.
- Reliability.
- Valuable attention to detail and accuracy.
- Forklift licence.
- Excellent customer relation and communication skills.
- Valid driver’s licence.

The position may also include a company vehicle and tools after a qualifying period.
