Are you an experienced Occupational Therapist ready to take the next step into leadership while maintaining a meaningful clinical impact?
Recovery Station is seeking a Regional Clinical Leader - Senior Occupational Therapist to play a pivotal role in developing our clinicians, driving clinical excellence, and supporting the continued growth of our highly regarded aged care and disability services.
This is an prospect to join a large, multidisciplinary allied health team with more than 20 years of experience delivering evidence-based care for clients aged 12 + across aged care, disability, community health and rehabilitation services.
The Opportunity
As a Regional Clinical Leader, you will be instrumental in nurturing the next generation of clinicians while ensuring the highest standards of client care across the region.
You will:
- Lead the supervision, coaching and professional development of Occupational Therapists across varying levels of experience
- Drive our graduate program, providing structured support, mentoring and clinical guidance to early career clinicians
- Support career development pathways, helping clinicians progress into advanced practice, specialist and leadership roles
- Foster a culture of continuous learning, reflective practice, innovation and clinical excellence
- Champion evidence-based practice and uphold the highest standards of clinical quality and service delivery
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary leaders to strengthen clinical capability and service innovation
- Maintain a reduced clinical caseload across aged care and disability to remain connected to client outcomes and clinical practice
