What Your Days Will Look Like

As part of our community nursing team, you’ll manage a varied caseload across metropolitan Adelaide, providing personalised, evidence-based care to older people living at home.

You’ll Be Involved In

Clinical assessments & care planning Wound care & chronic disease management Medication support & health monitoring Coordinating with families, GPs & allied health teams Building long-term relationships with clients Supporting people to live well at home

This is a role where you’ll work independently — but never alone. You’ll be backed by an experienced, supportive leadership team who genuinely understand nursing.

The Essentials

You’ll need:

Current AHPRA Registration Current Driver’s Licence National Police Clearance Strong clinical assessment & documentation skills Confidence using clinical software & IT systems Annual influenza vaccination

Bonus Points If You Have Experience In

Community nursing Aged care or palliative care Wound management & chronic condition care Working independently in complex clinical settings

(We’re ideally seeking nurses with 3+ years post-grad experience.)
