We're seeking experienced Senior Business Analysts to join a large-scale transformation programme supporting the migration of customer lending products.

This is an excellent opportunity for Business Analysts who thrive in complex environments, enjoy working closely with business stakeholders, and have experience assessing the impacts of large-scale migrations across business processes, systems and data.

The Role

Working as part of a cooperative programme team, you'll play a key role in understanding business requirements, assessing downstream impacts, and ensuring successful delivery of migration initiatives across multiple business areas.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyse and document business requirements.
- Assess downstream impacts across business processes and systems.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions.
- Conduct business process and impact analysis.
- Produce high-quality BA documentation.
- Work closely with business and technology teams to define future-state requirements.
- Support large-scale migration activities from discovery through delivery.

About You

You’ll be an experienced Senior Business Analyst with:

- Experience delivering large transformation programmes.
- Previous migration project experience.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.




- Excellent requirements gathering and documentation skills.
- Business process analysis and impact assessment experience.Exposure to customer data or data migration initiatives.
- Financial services experience.

Highly regarded:

- Previous banking migration experience.
- Experience with unsecured lending products such as Personal Loans, Credit Cards or Asset Finance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
