An established and rapid-growing specialist financial services provider — delivering trustee, custody, debt capital markets and fund administration services to institutional and wholesale clients — is seeking an experienced General Manager, Trustees to lead its Trustee relationship management function.

This is a rare opportunity to step into a senior leadership role at a firm on a genuine growth trajectory, with the backing and international reach that comes from being part of a larger global fund services group. You'll have real autonomy to shape strategy, build out a high-performing team, and be the senior voice on trustee governance for a diverse and growing client portfolio.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Managing Director, you'll take ownership of the Trustee relationship management function end-to-end — from strategic direction and client retention through to operational delivery, financial performance and risk oversight. You'll act as the senior subject matter expert on registered and unregistered managed investment schemes and trustee obligations, and be the face of the business for key clients, fund managers and industry stakeholders.

What you'll be doing





Setting strategic direction for client onboarding, retention and service quality across the Trustee portfolio

Leading, mentoring and developing a relationship management team, embedding ownership and risk awareness

Owning financial performance of the client portfolio and acting as the senior escalation point for complex client and governance matters

Partnering with compliance, legal and operations on regulatory obligations, tracking market trends, and representing the firm with clients and industry partners

What we’re looking for

Degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related field, with 5+ years' experience in fund management, asset management or a similar financial services role

Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance within funds management

Proven leadership track record with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Strategic, analytical thinker, comfortable working with financial software and data analysis tools
