Grantz Restaurant, located within TRYP by Wyndham Southport Gold Coast, is seeking experienced and enthusiastic Casual Food & Beverage Attendants to join our professional hospitality team.

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and have experience working in a fine dining environment. About the Role

As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism. You will work across breakfast, lunch, dinner, private events, and functions, ensuring every guest enjoys an outstanding dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver professional, attentive, and personalised table service.
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on food and beverage offerings.
- Set up and maintain restaurant and function areas to a high standard.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining fine dining service standards.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by anticipating and responding to guest needs.




- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the restaurant throughout service.
- Follow all food safety, RSA, and workplace health and safety procedures.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen and fellow team members to ensure seamless service.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- A minimum of 2 years' experience working in a fine dining restaurant or premium hospitality venue.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- A polished, professional presentation and positive attitude.
- The ability to remain calm and organised in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a genuine passion for hospitality.
- Availability to work a flexible roster across a 7-day week, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Full Australian working rights (Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or unrestricted work visa).
- A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate (essential).
