About the Role:

The Assistant Accountant - Sales is responsible for providing financial and commercial support to the Mobile Cranes Division through accurate sales administration, invoicing, reporting and analysis. The role supports the end-to-end sales process by ensuring timely invoicing, month-end reporting, commission administration and sales reporting while providing accurate financial information to assist business decision making. The position works closely with Sales and Commercial functions to maintain efficient business processes and support operational performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing the end-to-end customer invoicing process, ensuring invoices are prepared accurately, approved appropriately and issued within required timeframes.

Reviewing sales documentation to ensure invoicing complies with contractual agreements

Reconciling sales transactions and investigating invoicing discrepancies, ensuring issues are resolved promptly with relevant stakeholders.

Providing accounting support and acting as the primary point of contact for sales enquiries.

Completing End of Month reporting activities, ensuring reports are prepared accurately and within required timeframes





Developing and maintaining reporting tools, dashboards and reporting templates to improve visibility of business performance.

Maintain accurate reporting records.

Calculate and validate sales commission information.

Assisting with the preparation and processing of sales commissions, including providing backup support during peak periods.

Maintaining accurate commission records and supporting documentation.

Adequately and proactively inform internal and external stakeholders of shipment and delivery status

About You

Degree in Accounting, Commerce, Business or Finance.

CPA or CA (or working towards).

Advanced analytical skills

Ability to handle and analyse large volumes of data

Willing and able to work in the office 5 days per week (Monday-Friday)
