About the role
An exciting full time chance is available for an experienced Podiatrist to join a dynamic Community-Based Rehabilitation Team in Alice Springs. In this role, you’ll deliver high-quality, patient-centred foot and lower limb care, supporting improved health outcomes across the local community.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans
- Deliver a broad range of podiatry services, including general care, injury management,
and chronic disease support (e.g. diabetes-related complications)
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to provide coordinated care
- Contribute to best practice through evidence-based protocols and continuous improvement
- Support community education and health promotion initiatives
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and meet compliance requirements
About You
- Tertiary qualification in Podiatry with current AHPRA registration
- 1–3 years’ experience (community or primary care highly regarded)
- Strong clinical skills with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills and a patient-focused approach
- Commitment to professional development and service improvement
- Experience in regional or remote settings is desirable
