We are looking for anOutside School Hours Care Mobile Coordinator to support our services across Sydney's Northern Beaches .ThisPermanent Full Time position is 38hours per week (minimum) working both split shifts of 7:00-9:00am and 3:00-6:00pm and/or block shifts available 9:00am-5:00pm.
As a Mobile Coordinator you are on the go, travelling OSH Coordinator, supporting numerous services as required, with a core focus on stepping into services to support the service delivery.
- Effectively develop, implement, and monitor OSHC/OOSH programs and activities
- Ensure quality and compliance in service delivery, and work with your team towards excellent rating and assessment outcomes
- Leadtraining, performance, and developmentin the service
- Minimise risk and manage safety in services
What to expect
- Work across numerous services, providing leadership,
support and program delivery.
- Participate in recruitment drives, operational projects and other exciting activities.
- Implement creative programmesand develop meaningful relationships.
We can teach you about the job and JAG, but a few basics you need to have:
- Minimum Certificate III qualification in a relevant field (e.g. Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care), or have completed minimum 1years of full time study in a relevant field
- Experience working with children in a leadership position
- Current and valid Working with Children Check
- Current driver's license is required
- Experience working with children within a group workplace
- Availability over split shifts, Monday to Friday
