Step off the desk and back onto site - this FM operations role puts you in front of trades and clients, not stuck in meetings.

An established facilities management business operating nationally needs someone to own delivery end-to-end across hard and soft services. Right now the GM is carrying sixteen hours a week of operational load on top of growth responsibilities, and the BDMs are winning contracts faster than the business can structure delivery around them. You'll take over the full operation - three facility coordinators, a project manager, and an estimator reporting to you - and build the subcontractor network, margin discipline, and workflow systems that let this business scale. You'll be on site rolling out current contracts, visiting trades, running client scorecard meetings, and resolving escalations directly.

You'll run weekly GP reviews, negotiate set rates with preferred trades, and drive the sales-to-ops handover process that doesn't exist yet. This is a business that has momentum,



strong client relationships, and national expansion underway - they need someone who can build structure without slowing things down.

You'll be coming to help build the plane whilst flying it. The business is in growth mode, and requires a solutions-first, problem-solving leader to help them scale sensibly.

What you need:

- FM, commercial cleaning, landscaping, waste management, or pest control sectors with exposure to subcontractor delivery models
- Experience building and managing subcontractor networks - setting rates, holding trades to performance standards, and cutting underperformers when needed
- Commercial acumen around GP and margin management - you'll run weekly margin reviews, identify cost blowouts before they compound, and drive pricing discipline across the team
