Shadbolt Group is seeking a skilled Mechanical Supervisor to lead site-based mechanical teams on Defence projects in Sydney, NSW. You will supervise fitters, trade assistants and subcontractors to deliver protected, on-time, high-quality outcomes.
Reporting to the Workshop Manager, you’ll coordinate installation, maintenance and commissioning activities, plan labour and materials, and drive safety and continuous improvement across multiple Defence sites.
