The Opportunity

As the Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in leading the team, driving store performance, and delivering an exceptional customer experience within a fast-paced retail environment.

This role is for a motivated retail leader who is passionate about team development, operational excellence, and driving store performance.

- Leading, coaching and developing team members to achieve their full potential
- Supporting sales growth through strong leadership and commercial decision-making
- Managing day-to-day store operations including stock control, visual merchandising, and store presentation
- Delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a solid customer-first culture
- Monitoring key performance indicators and implementing strategies to improve results.

About You

Previous experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, Department Manager, Team Leader, 2IC or similar retail leadership position:

- A passion for coaching and developing team members
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- A customer-first mindset with a focus on delivering outstanding service
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
- Strong organisational and operational capability.
