Are you the person who loves winning business, leading people and delivering exceptional customer service? Driven by results and rewarded by those results?

We're looking for a high-performing Store Manager to lead our Bridgestone Store in Nundah. This isn't a desk job. You'll be out front building relationships, leading the team, driving sales and making sure every customer leaves impressed.

Add on top of your base with the potential OTE $12,000 - $20,000

What You'll Be Doing

- Leading a close-knit team of three

- Driving sales, GP and store profitability

- Building long-term relationships with retail and commercial customers

- Managing day-to-day store operations

- Working closely with our experienced mechanics to deliver outstanding customer outcomes

- Coaching and developing your team

- Managing quotations, bookings and customer enquiries

- Maintaining high standards of presentation, safety and customer satisfaction

- Monitoring KPIs and achieving monthly sales targets

You don't necessarily need tyre industry experience—we can teach that.

Experience in automotive, retail, trade, service or B2B sales will be highly regarded.
