Job description:

Our client is seeking a professional and client-focused Service Consultant to join their team on a 12-month maximum term contract, based in Osborne Park. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and delivering high-quality service in a busy, fast-paced environment.

- Acting as the first point of contact for client enquiries
- Managing calls and emails promptly and professionally
- Providing clear guidance and support to clients on next steps
- Coordinating service requests and follow-ups efficiently
- Recording all client interactions accurately in internal systems
- Escalating complex issues or complaints to senior staff when needed
- Keeping clients updated on progress and outcomes
- Processing invoices and administrative tasks accurately
- Supporting the team with general office and organisational duties

Qualifications:
- Must have previous experience in a customer service or administrative role
- Strong communication skills,



both written and verbal
- Ability to manage client enquiries, concerns, and complaints effectively
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Comfortable using computer systems and learning new processes quickly
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
