Upwards Living in NSW is seeking a dedicated disability/aged care support worker to assist participants with daily activities and community participation. You will help clients achieve goals, promote inclusion, and maintain safety and documentation, while adhering to NDIS standards.

Qualifications include a Certificate III or higher in Disability, Aged Care, or Community Services, with mandatory screenings and first aid.
