Job Description

We’re looking for a dedicated, detail‑oriented individual to support an exceptional guest experience in our housekeeping department.

Responsibilities

- Maintain high standards by thoroughly cleaning guest rooms, including bed making, vacuuming, and bathroom cleaning.
- Complete cleaning tasks efficiently within allocated hours.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets and operational goals.
- Adhere to safety protocols and environmental standards.
- Use specialised cleaning equipment and products safely and effectively.
- Build strong, professional relationships with team members, guests, and contractors.

Shift Details (subject to change)

- Rotating roster Monday to Friday.
- Shifts start between 8:00 am and 9:00 am.

Hourly Rates (excluding superannuation)

Monday – Friday: $33.85 per hour
Saturday: $40.62 per hour
Sunday: $47.39 per hour

Qualifications

- Prior experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles will be highly regarded.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Basic understanding of safe handling and usage of cleaning chemicals and equipment (training will be provided).




- Good physical fitness and stamina, with the ability to perform repetitive tasks such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
- Professional and clear communication skills to interact with guests, team members, and contractors.
- Robust time management skills and ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.
- A positive and proactive attitude with a strong work ethic.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
