Repco is seeking a Customer Development Manager to drive sales and service experiences for our trade customers in Australia. You will report to a Channel Manager and work with Store Managers to build solid business relationships, supported by CRM systems and promotions.
The role emphasizes safety, driving, and sales performance across ~150 accounts. The position focuses on achieving budgets, providing exceptional customer service, and participating in meetings, training, and trade shows while
