Marketing Manager – Lead marketing campaigns across digital, retail, social and online channels for an established menswear retailer.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, manage and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social, retail, e‑commerce and e‑mail channels.
- Own social media strategy and manage Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn channels.
- Lead retail marketing execution in stores, including window campaigns, in‑store POS and shopping‑centre activations.
- Coordinate brand photo‑shoots with the creative team.
- Roll out seasonal and promotional campaigns end‑to‑end.
- Collaborate with e‑commerce, retail and creative teams to ensure cohesive execution.
- Support influencer, ambassador and partnership initiatives.
- Track, report and optimise campaign performance across channels.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity and customer insights.
- Manage and mentor one direct report.

Qualifications





- 2+ years experience in a marketing specialist/manager role within fashion apparel, accessories or lifestyle for a large‑scale retailer.
- Experience with multi‑location campaign roll‑outs and managing e‑commerce or campaign shoots.
- Strong organisational skills, detail oriented and able to thrive in a fast‑paced workplace.
- Creative eye and commercial mindset.
