The Role
- Lead and coordinate surgical days
- Mentor and develop the nursing team
- Maintain exceptional clinical and patient care standards
- Provide hands‑on surgical and hospital nursing
- Perform anaesthesia monitoring, IV placement, blood collection
- Assist with imaging and dental procedures
- Oversee stock control and support clinic operations
You’ll lead by example — clinically robust, organised, and calm under pressure.
About You
- Cert IV in Veterinary Nursing (experienced uncertified nurses considered)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience
- Passionate about leadership and team development
- Confident across surgery, anaesthesia, imaging, and hospital care
- Committed to excellence, empathy, and integrity
- No sponsorship required
